Work in groups of 3.


1. You must choose at least 3 nationalities from the list below to put in your cookbook:

- English
- American
- Dutch
- Antillean
- Indonesian
- Spanish
- African
- Chinese
- Italian
- Moroccan
- Turk
- Greek


2. For each nationality choose 5 recipes to put in your cookbook


For example:
A cookbook with 5 Italian recipes, 5 Moroccan recipes and 5 Greek recipes
The recipes can vary from deserts, appetizer, main courses, drinks etc.

3. Choose a creative name for your cookbook.

4. Look for recipes on the Internet.

To look for a recipe using a search engine type for example: Italian recipes, Greek recipes,Dutch recipes etc.

5. Put your cookbook together:

When making your cookbook it must contain the following items:

- Introduction:
1.You have to say why you decided to choose the nationalities.
2.You should also give some information about you (authors). The introduction should be minimum 1 page.

- Make a page with a table of contents (index).


- Above each recipe you must personalize that recipe:
1. You must say why you liked or chose the recipe
2. You must give some information on the recipe.


For example if you are making STAMPOT you can mention:
1. When is the best time to eat Stampot
2. A short explanation of how Stampot looks like
3. Where the name Stampot comes from

- Add your 15 recipes in your cookbook
- Mention at the end of each recipe the source(s) you used (see point 4) for that recipe.
- Make a cover for your cookbook with the name you've created for your cookbook.


6. Brainstorm on ideas to present your cookbook in the form of an infomercial (telsell).
To get an idea how infomercial looks like you can always look at the television programs (telsell) to see how they present their products.


When making the infomercial you must:
- Be creative.
- Explain why your cookbook is the best.
- Cook a recipe; in order to show that you have great recipes.
- Mention the price of your cookbook.

7. Make a video recording of your infomercial by using point 5.
- When making the infomercial, don't forget to cook a recipe (by giving step by step instructions).
